Social-Emotional Learning
Social-emotional learning (SEL) is the process through which people acquire and effectively apply the knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary to understand and manage emotions, set and achieve positive goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain positive relationships, and make responsible decisions.
SEL framework is utilized in all of the Be. Org's programming, activities and events. Not only are SEL skills some of the most needed according to modern employers, the skills associated with SEL help empower people to be the best versions of themselves for a greater chance at healthy, happy, and empowering relationships, experiences and possibilities.
